Do you travel?

Absolutely! We travel throughout New England and beyond, and we’re always open to destination weddings. Local travel within 60 miles is included. For weddings outside that range, additional travel fees may apply depending on the location, travel time, lodging, and other logistics.

How should we schedule our wedding day?

Every wedding is different, so we work with you to build a timeline around your priorities, locations, and the moments that matter most. A dedicated member of our team will help guide the schedule and make sure there’s enough time for portraits, family photos, wedding party coverage, details, and candid moments without making the day feel overly structured.

Our goal is to keep the day moving naturally while making sure everything important is captured.

Should we do a first look?

A first look is completely up to you, but it can be a great way to maximize your wedding day timeline and spend more of the day together.

It often allows us to complete many of your couple portraits, wedding party photos, and family photos before the ceremony, leaving more time to enjoy cocktail hour and your reception. If you’d rather wait until the ceremony to see each other, we can absolutely build the timeline around that as well.

Who will be our photography and/or videography team?

Our team is made up of experienced wedding photographers and videographers who have spent years capturing weddings and live events.

Before your wedding, we’ll connect you with your lead photographer and/or videographer so you can walk through your timeline, priorities, and important details together. If you have a specific 309 team member in mind, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can we customize our coverage?

Our single-service Photography and Videography options can be customized with available à la carte add-ons based on your needs.

Our pre-built Photo + Video collections are not customizable, meaning included services cannot be removed, swapped, or reduced. Select add-ons can be added if you’d like to expand your coverage.

Photography-only and videography-only options also cannot be combined to create a custom Photo + Video collection. If you’d like both photography and videography, you’ll need to select one of our pre-built Photo + Video collections.

How do we reserve our wedding date?

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over a contract and invoice. A 50% deposit is required to officially secure your wedding date.

Once your date is booked, we’ll begin working with you on the details, timeline, and overall plan for your wedding day.

Can we add additional coverage later?

Yes. Additional hours and select add-ons can be added based on availability.

We recommend making any additions as early as possible, especially if they require additional team members, so we can make sure the appropriate crew is available.
